Dr. Lemke practices integrative, naturally focused medicine. Using a combination of best evidence and clinical experience, Dr. Lemke bridges the gap between conventional western medicines and traditional eastern medicines to provide the most effective yet gentle healing treatments for her patients. Dr. Lemke practices primarily family medicine with a focus in women’s health including fertility, perinatal care and menopause. As a yoga teacher with a strong background in medical research, Dr. Lemke is able to tease out the best available evidence for therapies, while at the same time, value the connection of mind, body and spirit of her patients. Treating the root cause of disease is a fundamental value of Dr. Lemke’s, and she accomplishes this by taking a thorough health history then using botanical, nutritional and supplemental therapies as well as modalities such as cupping, acupuncture and applied kinesiology to rid the disease from its true source.
